Justin Redden joined Penguin Entertainment in 1998, winning one of only two open positions against nearly 100 applicants. He was new to DJing at the time, but his interviews and stellar audition promised exactly what he delivers: a warm, jovial performance and a keen intuitive sense for what music works best with each new group.
